m\u00f6glichst gleichm\u00e4ssige Wandst\u00e4rke mit sanften \u00dcberg\u00e4ngen zu erm\u00f6glichen. Dadurch bleiben die &#8222;gr\u00f6sstm\u00f6glich einschliessbaren Kreise&#8220; nahezu gleichgross. Bei obigem Beispiel haben wir folgende Werte genommen:<\/p><p>a = 1.0 mm<\/p><p>b = 3.0 mm<\/p><p>c<sub>oben<\/sub> = 1.0 mm<\/p><p>d<sub>unten<\/sub> = 2.3 mm<\/p><p>Breite der Vertiefung: 2.3 mm<\/p><p>Mit diesen Werten und Textur (zB. VDI 3400-27) auf der Oberfl\u00e4che gegen\u00fcber des Schraubendoms haben wir sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, so dass keine Einfallstellen sichtbar sind. Die Vertiefung sollte dabei grossz\u00fcgig verrundet werden.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc26aaf elementor-widget data-end=\"273\">Empfehlung: <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Die Wandst\u00e4rke des Schraubdoms sollte etwa 50\u201360\u202f% der nominalen Wandst\u00e4rke des umgebenden Bauteils betragen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"274\" data-end=\"326\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"326\">Vorteil: <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Reduziert das Risiko von Einfallstellen und Spannungen im Material.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"327\" data-end=\"424\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"424\">Nachteil: <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded
