\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWeight reduction and easier operation: Compared to the previous ratchet, more than 50% weight has been saved. Thanks to a clever design, the ratchet is very narrow and can be mounted without screws. The simple principle could be quickly tested and optimized using 3D printed parts on the existing closure. The novel mechanism was integrated into a design by Michael Schuler and extended by a comfort pad that fits comfortably on the back of the head. The whole development was verified with only one prototype and could be transferred to production with practically no changes. The tooling was done at 4tec, production is done at ENHA.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
