Pawly contacted us after completing a successful crowdfunding campaign. A rudimentary 3D model of the concept existed, but not much else. Based on the existing concept and design, we were then able to rebuild the 3D model completely from scratch and engineer critical sub-functions, such as a mechanical locking mechanism. This mechanism was required to maintain its position in the event of a power failure, which we resolved using a bistable two-lever system. 

We involved production partners at an early stage to clarify critical details, verify feasibility, and obtain realistic costs.

Just three months passed from the start of the project to completion with production-ready manufacturing documentation. During this time, we went through multiple iterations of prototype stages and continuously improved the product.
