Our workshop formats offer a structured, hands-on approach to key questions in product development – from strategic alignment and creative ideation to actionable next steps.
Whether at the beginning of a project or midway through – our workshops provide clarity, focus, and real progress.
Together with our experienced partners, we combine engineering, design, and service thinking in compact and effective formats.
Douglas Helman, service designer and founder of Standingman, contributes strategic depth, methodological expertise, and many years of experience in product and brand development as a moderator strategische Tiefe, methodisches Know-how und langjährige Erfahrung in der Produkt- und Markenentwicklung mit.
Michael Schuler, industrial designer and founder of Schuler Produktdesign, is our long-standing partner in shaping functional, aesthetic, and brand-defining products.
In every workshop, you work interactively with an interdisciplinary team of designer, engineer, and moderator – either in person in Zurich or Leutkirch, or remotely using digital tools such as Miro. The focus is always on tangible outcomes that move your project meaningfully forward.

Innovation Workshop – Ideation, scope of action, initial concepts
Booking: Upon request – ideally with a brief description of the workshop’s topic and objective.
Cost: starting from 2000 CHF (excl. VAT)
What to expect:
- Pre-workshop questionnaire: To help us prepare
- Interdisciplinary team: A moderator, a designer and an engineer guide you through the workshop – combining creative methods with technical expertise.
- Four hours: By phone, online, or on-site – we reserve four hours for the workshop.
- Strategic focus: We analyze your brand, your goals, and your product environment. Together, we identify strengths, gaps, and potential opportunities.
- Shared vision: Based on your vision and market requirements, we develop a strategic framework to guide your product development.
- Documentation and evaluation of the workshop content

Innovation Workshop – Space for ideas, focus on clarity
Define boundaries. Explore new paths. Create space for ideas. In the Innovation Workshop, we define the scope of your project together: What are the boundaries? Where is there room for fresh thinking? Building on this foundation, we develop initial ideas – structured, creative, and practical. Using targeted methods and an interdisciplinary perspective, we create space for innovation that is truly actionable.What to expect:
